What is your delivery time?

Order processing takes 0–2 business days. Our current delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, including processing time. We appreciate your understanding. To make it up to you, we do not charge any shipping fees we cover these entirely ourselves.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, this is possible. Please send an email within 3 hours after placing your order to info@ferozas.com, including your name, your order number (from the confirmation email), and the reason for cancellation. After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us. With this, you can easily check the shipping status at any time via our Order Tracking (Track & Trace) page and know exactly when your package will arrive.

What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

This should of course not happen. Please simply send us an email with your full name and your email address to info@ferozas.com, and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

If you have not received anything after the delivery time has passed, please contact us at info@ferozas.com. We will immediately check where your package is. If your email remains unanswered, please also check your spam folder.
